The truth is, exercise and diet has to be a part of your lifestyle in order to get results, maintain those results and continue to improve your overall health. Whether you have been working out for a long time or you are just getting started, knowing your body composition is important not only for tracking your results but for making sure that what you are currently doing is getting you the results your are looking for. The scale doesn't tell the whole story and by getting a body composition analysis you will be able to see the whole picture.
